Instructions
- Drizzle the liquid smoke and soy sauce over the chicken.
- Place the chicken in Ziploc bags, add the seasonings, and shake to coat.
- Seal the bags and refrigerate overnight.
- Grill the chicken on medium-high heat, flipping occasionally until cooked through.
- Melt the butter and brush it over the chicken.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and serve.
