Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with your preferred fat.
- 3. In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips and blend until well mixed.

- 5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- 6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
