Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with your preferred fat.
  3. 3. In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips and blend until well mixed.
  4. 4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. 5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  6. 6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. 7. Allow to cool before enjoying.
