Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for at least 5 minutes.
- Place the zucchini slices in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat.
- Season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, and stir well.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the zucchini and toss to coat again.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
- Air fry zucchini for about 8 minutes, until tender and golden brown.
