Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF and spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Toss the sliced zucchini in a bowl with olive oil.

- Dredge each oiled zucchini round in the parmesan mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Line the bottom of the air fryer with the coated zucchini, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Spray the zucchini with non-stick cooking spray and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully remove the zucchini from the air fryer and serve immediately.
