Instructions
- Combine the zucchini slices, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl and stir to coat the zucchini.
- Lay the zucchini slices in an even layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap.
- Set the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping the zucchini halfway through.
- Serve hot, optionally topping with extra cheese and dipping in marinara or ranch.
