Ingredients

  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt
  • tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchini into thin slices, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Pat away any excess moisture from the zucchini slices using a paper towel.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (162°C).
  4. In a bowl, combine the zucchini slices with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Place the zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, and check for doneness at the 8-minute mark.
  7. Remove any slices that are browning and continue cooking until all slices are done.
  8. Let the chips cool to crisp up further.
