Instructions
- Slice the zucchini into thin slices, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Pat away any excess moisture from the zucchini slices using a paper towel.
- Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (162°C).
- In a bowl, combine the zucchini slices with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
- Place the zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, and check for doneness at the 8-minute mark.
- Remove any slices that are browning and continue cooking until all slices are done.
- Let the chips cool to crisp up further.
