Instructions
- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
- In a large pan, heat butter and sauté garlic, onions, and red pepper until onions are translucent.
- Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, then push the veggies aside and scramble the eggs in the pan.
- Add more butter if needed, then add the riced cauliflower and stir-fry until tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in coconut aminos, sesame oil, and chopped green onions.
