Instructions
- Pulse pitted dates in a food processor or blender until they are in small pieces or form a ball.
- Add oats, chocolate, chia seeds, and peanut butter, then pulse or mix until combined.
- Carefully roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using the warmth of your hands.
- Place the rolled balls in the fridge or freezer for 15 minutes to set.
- Store in an air-tight bag or container for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
