Instructions
- Wash and dry the plums, then slice in half and remove the pits.
- Place the water and plums in a large pot, cover, and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Once the mixture becomes liquidy, remove the lid.
- Simmer and stir frequently until the desired thickness is achieved, which may take 30 to 90 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice and stevia.
- Cool the jam, then transfer it to a clean one-cup mason jar.
- Store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
