Broccoli Cheese Soup

Seasoning

Instructions
- Add cauliflower, broccoli, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and vegetable broth to the crock pot and stir to mix.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours.
- Blend half of the mixture with milk until smooth, then return it to the crock pot.
- Stir in the cheese until melted.
- Serve, optionally garnished with cheese and chopped green onions.
