Ingredients

For the Scrambled Eggs

  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • to taste none Kosher Salt & Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

For the Mashed Avocado

  • 1 piece Avocado
  • to taste none Kosher Salt & Freshly Cracked Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice

For the Grilled Cheese

  • 6 slices Thick Cut Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread
  • cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  2. Whisk eggs with hot sauce, salt, and pepper, then scramble in a separate pan with olive oil.
  3. Mash avocado with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice in a bowl.
  4. Assemble the grilled cheese by spreading butter on bread, layering cheese, bacon, scrambled eggs, and mashed avocado.
  5. Cook the sandwich in the pan until golden brown on both sides, then slice and serve.
