Instructions
- Prepare the bagels and let them cool.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and spray with olive oil.
- Scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until just set, then set aside.
- Cut the bagels in half and layer the scrambled eggs, bacon, tomato, avocado, and red pepper flakes to make the sandwiches.
- Serve immediately.
