Bacon Avocado Egg White Breakfast Sandwich

The egg mixture

AllWhites® 100% liquid egg whites

cooking spray
Instructions
- Prepare a plate with paper towels and arrange bacon strips on it.
- Microwave the bacon for 2 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2 minutes, flipping again and cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Spray a small ramekin with cooking spray and add ⅓ cup of egg whites, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Microwave the ramekin for 1 minute to cook the egg whites.
- Assemble the sandwich with a toasted muffin half, avocado mash, halved bacon, cooked egg whites, green onions, and sriracha if desired.
