Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon half and half
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • ¼ cup chopped spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 English muffin English muffin

Instructions

  1. 1. Whisk together the egg, half and half, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Prepare the cooking method: either in a breakfast maker or on a sheet pan.
  3. 3. For the breakfast maker, place the bottom half of the English muffin on the bottom plate and top with bacon, spinach, and Sriracha.
  4. 4. Add the whisked egg to the cooking plate, top with the other half of the muffin, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. 5. For the sheet pan method, preheat the oven to 350°F, whisk the egg mixture, and add it to a greased ring on a lined baking sheet.
  6. 6. Add the English muffin and bake for 8 minutes, then add cheese and bake for an additional minute.
