Instructions
- 1. Whisk together the egg, half and half, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Prepare the cooking method: either in a breakfast maker or on a sheet pan.
- 3. For the breakfast maker, place the bottom half of the English muffin on the bottom plate and top with bacon, spinach, and Sriracha.
- 4. Add the whisked egg to the cooking plate, top with the other half of the muffin, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- 5. For the sheet pan method, preheat the oven to 350°F, whisk the egg mixture, and add it to a greased ring on a lined baking sheet.
- 6. Add the English muffin and bake for 8 minutes, then add cheese and bake for an additional minute.
