Easy Greek Pasta Salad

The dressing

red wine vinegar

Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a pot, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water, then place in a large bowl.
- 2. Add roasted red pepper, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, kalamata olives, and feta cheese to the bowl.
- 3. In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
- 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta, add fresh basil, and mix everything together until the noodles are coated.
- 5. Serve the pasta salad cold.
