Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a dutch oven over medium-high heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, bone broth, water, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the peppers are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Add cauliflower rice and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
