Slow Cooker Sesame Beef

Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and water in a bowl and stir until dissolved.
- Mince garlic and grate ginger, then add them along with sesame oil to the soy sauce mixture.
- Slice or cube the beef roast and cut three green onions into sections.
- Place beef and green onions in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them, stirring to combine.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours until beef is tender.
- If beef is not tender, cook for an additional 30-60 minutes.
- Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into the pot to thicken the sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and remaining green onions, and serve over rice.
