Creamy Cucumber Salad

Instructions
- 1. Place cucumbers in a colander over a bowl, salting in layers and letting them stand for 1 hour.
- 2. Drain excess liquid and pat cucumbers dry.
- 3. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. In a large bowl, combine drained cucumbers with the sour cream mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- 5. Serve immediately.
