Berry Spinach Salad

Instructions
- Warm a skillet over medium heat and add the sunflower seeds.
- Pour in the maple syrup, salt, and cayenne pepper, stirring constantly until the seeds are golden and the syrup evaporates.
- Transfer the seeds to a plate to cool.
- In a serving bowl, combine spinach, berries, goat cheese, and sunflower seeds.
- Whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients until emulsified.
- Just before serving, drizzle vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently.
