Strawberry Spinach Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette

Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by removing the tops and slicing them into quarters, setting aside ½ cup for the vinaigrette.
- Toast the walnuts in a medium skillet over medium heat for 2-5 minutes until fragrant.
- In a blender, combine ½ cup sliced strawberries, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- In a large bowl, toss the remaining strawberries, crumbled goat cheese, and toasted walnuts together.
- Add freshly ground black pepper to taste and dress the salad with the vinaigrette before serving.
