Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F/180C and prepare a muffin pan with liners.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, then fold in the chocolate.
- Distribute the batter evenly into the muffin liners.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
