Instructions
- Pour the popped popcorn into a large bowl and remove any unpopped kernels.
- Place the powdered sugar in a gallon-size Ziploc bag and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and chocolate chips. Heat for 30 seconds, stir, then heat for additional 20-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the popcorn and gently stir to coat.
- Transfer the coated popcorn into the Ziploc bag with powdered sugar, seal the bag, and shake until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
