Buffalo Grilled Chicken Flatbread Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and move the oven rack to the bottom shelf.
- Spray or brush the smooth sides of the flatbreads with oil and place them oil-side down on a large cookie sheet.
- Combine the tomato sauce and Buffalo sauce, then spread it on the flatbreads, leaving a ¼ inch border around the edges.
- Dust the chicken with smoked paprika and sprinkle it on top of the sauce.
- Add the cheese and green scallions on top.
- Bake on the lower oven rack until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden, about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with celery leaves and cut each flatbread into 4 pieces.
