Ingredients

Pizza Dough

  • 1 ¼ cup warm water
  • 1 tsp dry active yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 5 cups all purpose Einkorn Flour
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp organic extra virgin oil

Pizza Toppings

  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup diced grilled chicken

Buffalo Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • cup Frank's RedHot
  • 3 tbsp Sunshine State of Mind Craft BBQ Rub

Instructions

  1. Mix warm water, yeast, sugar, and 1 cup of flour in a bowl and let it stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Add remaining flour and salt, mix, then add oil and knead until dough holds together.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 2 to 3 minutes and let it rest in a covered bowl for 2 hours.
  4. Grill chicken until fully cooked and prepare the buffalo sauce by combining butter, Frank's RedHot, and BBQ rub.
  5. Grease a baking sheet, divide dough into 4 pieces, roll into balls, and let rest for 15 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 500°F with baking sheets inside for 30 minutes.
  7. Dust parchment paper with flour, stretch dough into rounds, and transfer to preheated baking sheets.
  8. Add toppings and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are brown and cheese is bubbling.
