Ingredients

The pizza base

  • 1 twelve-inch pizza dough, homemade or store-bought

The toppings

  • ¼ cup wing sauce, such as Frank’s, plus more for garnish
  • ¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack
  • 1 cooked chicken thigh shredded
  • ¼ cup buttermilk, shaken
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped Italian parsley, plus more for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons freshly minced dill
  • to taste sea salt
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500°F for 1 hour to heat the pizza stone or steel plate.
  2. Stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
  3. Spread the wing sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until the edges are lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
  6. Add the shredded chicken and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, whisk together the buttermilk, sour cream, Italian parsley, dill, and salt to make the ranch dressing.
  8. Once the pizza is done, top with green onions, additional parsley, ranch dressing, and more wing sauce.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
