Ingredients

Ranch Dressing

  • tsp dried parsley
  • tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp onion flakes
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • cup mayo
  • ¼ cup water

Pizza

  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • ¼ medium red onion, sliced into thin strips
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 box Simple Mills pizza dough almond flour mix
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Make the ranch dressing by whisking all dressing ingredients together and refrigerate.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp avocado oil, and cook seasoned chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and let it rest, then preheat the oven to 350°F.
  4. Slice the onion and prepare the pizza dough according to package instructions, prebaking for 5 minutes.
  5. Chop or shred the cooked chicken, mix with hot sauce, and set aside.
  6. Spread ranch dressing on the prebaked crust, then top with buffalo chicken and red onions.
  7. Bake the pizza for 15 minutes, then drizzle with additional ranch before slicing and serving.
