Instructions
- Make the ranch dressing by whisking all dressing ingredients together and refrigerate.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp avocado oil, and cook seasoned chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Remove chicken and let it rest, then preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Slice the onion and prepare the pizza dough according to package instructions, prebaking for 5 minutes.
- Chop or shred the cooked chicken, mix with hot sauce, and set aside.
- Spread ranch dressing on the prebaked crust, then top with buffalo chicken and red onions.
- Bake the pizza for 15 minutes, then drizzle with additional ranch before slicing and serving.
