Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Chop Muenster cheese, mozzarella cheese block, and fresh cilantro into small pieces.
- In a small pan, melt butter and add all buffalo pizza sauce ingredients, cooking for 5 minutes before lowering the heat to simmer.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken and all chicken meatball ingredients, then form small meatballs.
- Cook the meatballs in a preheated pan for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, then cut in half and top with buffalo wing sauce.
- On a floured surface, form the pizza dough into a 15-inch circle and place it in a springform pan.
- Layer the bottom of the pan with chopped mozzarella and Muenster cheese, then add ¾ of the cooked meatball halves and 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Spread the buffalo pizza sauce over the pizza, add the remaining meatball halves, and top with the remaining shredded mozzarella.
- Fold the dough edges into the pan and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower to 400 degrees for another 15 minutes. Allow to cool for 20-30 minutes before serving.
