Ingredients

The filling

  • 4 pieces Peaches, peeled and cut into small wedges
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • a pinch Salt
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch

The crumble

  • 6 tbsp Butter, cold and cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ½ cup Oats
  • cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the filling and set aside.
  2. Prepare ramekins or an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a stand mixer, combine the crumble ingredients and mix until they hold together.
  4. Fill each ramekin or dish with the fruit and top with the crumble mixture.
  5. Bake in the oven at 375°F for 30-35 minutes.
