Cranberry-Pineapple Sauce

Instructions
- Drain the liquid from the pineapples and add water to make a total of 1 cup of liquid.
- Combine the liquid with sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Chop the cranberries finely in a food processor and add them to the pan, stirring well.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens (about 10 minutes).
- Chop the crushed pineapples in a food processor and add them to the cranberry sauce, cooking for one more minute.
- Allow the sauce to cool, then refrigerate in a covered container overnight.
