Cranberry Sauce

Instructions
- Wash the cranberries and add them to a saucepan.
- Zest and juice the orange, then add both to the saucepan.
- Add the brown sugar, white sugar, salt, water, vanilla extract, ginger, and cinnamon stick.
- Place the saucepan over medium-low heat and cook until it begins to bubble and the cranberries soften, about 10 minutes.
- Pop and agitate the cranberries to create a mix of whole berries and sauce.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature before serving or refrigerating.
