Cranberry Sauce

orange zest
Instructions
- Pick through cranberries and discard any soft or rotten ones.
- Rinse the remaining cranberries and drain them in a steel colander.
- In a medium pot, combine cranberries and water, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add honey and orange zest, then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve the cranberry sauce.
