Cranberry Sauce

dried apricots, cut into quarters

honey or agave nectar

ginger zest

orange zest
Instructions
- Combine cranberries and water in a pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add apricots and currants, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in honey, orange zest, and ginger zest, then simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the sauce.
