Cranberry Sauce

Instructions
- Set aside ½ cup of cranberries for later.
- Combine remaining cranberries, water, orange juice, and brown sugar in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it simmers.
- Reduce heat and continue cooking until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in reserved cranberries, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
- Let the sauce cool; it will thicken further as it cools.
