Cranberry Orange Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cranberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Zest of an orange orange zest

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, allowing the cranberries to burst.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool fully.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
