Fresh Cranberry Orange Sauce

Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries with cold water.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, water, and orange juice, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and add the cranberries and orange zest.
- Return to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until the cranberries start to burst, about ten minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Pour the sauce into a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
