Cranberry Orange Sauce

pure maple syrup

pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Rinse cranberries and remove any mushy ones.
- Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered for about 12 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in vanilla and transfer the sauce to a bowl to cool.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
