Instructions
- 1. Combine cranberries, maple syrup, orange zest, and juice in a saucepan and heat over medium until boiling.
- 2. Reduce heat and let the cranberries burst for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Smash the cranberries with a fork or potato masher, then add bourbon, vanilla, cinnamon stick, and salt.
- 4. Heat the mixture until it thickens, about 8-10 minutes.
- 5. Allow to cool and serve or store in the fridge.
