Orange Bourbon Cranberry Sauce

fresh squeezed orange juice

zest
orange (plus extra for garnish)

bourbon (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Cook on medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes until most liquid reduces and cranberries pop.
- Remove from heat and let rest for at least 15 minutes.
- Serve with extra orange zest or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
