Instructions
- Prepare the cranberries by rinsing and drying them thoroughly.
- In a large pot, combine the cranberries, coconut sugar, orange juice, and water. Heat over medium-high until boiling.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the bourbon, vanilla, and cinnamon stick.
- Stir well and cook for 20-22 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove the cinnamon stick and stir the sauce.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
