Ingredients

Coffee Creamer Base

  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • ¼ cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/16 tsp sea salt
  • 8-10 drops liquid stevia

Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

  • 1 recipe Coffee Creamer Base
  • ¼ cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice

Gingerbread Coffee Creamer

  • 1 recipe Coffee Creamer Base
  • Tbsp organic blackstrap molasses
  • ¾ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground allspice

Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer

  • 1 recipe Coffee Creamer Base
  • 100 grams dairy free dark chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp dark cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients for the Coffee Creamer Base in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. For Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer, add pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice to the base and blend again.
  3. For Gingerbread Coffee Creamer, add molasses and spices to the base and blend until combined.
  4. For Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer, melt the chocolate, then blend it with the base, cocoa powder, and mint extract.
