Homemade Pumpkin Coffee Creamer

Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk together the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice over medium heat.
- Add the cinnamon sticks and increase the heat to medium-high.
- Bring the mixture to a boil while whisking occasionally for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and let the creamer cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
- If the creamer looks separated, pour it through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Use the creamer in your coffee immediately or store it in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
