Ingredients

  • 1 and ½ cups heavy cream, half-and-half, or whole milk
  • 2 heaping tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 and ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 sticks cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice over medium heat.
  2. Add the cinnamon sticks and increase the heat to medium-high.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil while whisking occasionally for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and let the creamer cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
  5. If the creamer looks separated, pour it through a fine-mesh sieve.
  6. Use the creamer in your coffee immediately or store it in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
