The syrup

  • ½ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup

The drink

  • Cold Brew Coffee

Instructions

  1. Blend all syrup ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the syrup to a glass jar and refrigerate for up to one week.
  3. To serve, fill a glass with cold brew and ice, then top with the pumpkin cream syrup.
