Ingredients

The sauce

  • cup Olive Oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 ½ cups Cherry Tomatoes

The pasta

  • 14 ounces Pasta of Choice
  • ½ cup Basil, chopped
  • 2 balls Burrata Cheese
  • ½ cup Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, finely grated

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil water and cook the pasta until al dente, then set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Mash the garlic and add it to the hot pan along with Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, and cherry tomatoes.
  4. 4. Stir the mixture, cover the pan, reduce heat to low, and cook for 25 minutes until the tomatoes burst.
  5. 5. Remove the pan from heat and add the tomato sauce to the cooked pasta, tossing to coat.
  6. 6. Break apart the burrata and mix it into the pasta.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh basil and grated parmigiano reggiano, then serve.
