Bursting Tomato Pasta with Creamy Burrata

Instructions
- 1. Boil water and cook the pasta until al dente, then set aside.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- 3. Mash the garlic and add it to the hot pan along with Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, and cherry tomatoes.
- 4. Stir the mixture, cover the pan, reduce heat to low, and cook for 25 minutes until the tomatoes burst.
- 5. Remove the pan from heat and add the tomato sauce to the cooked pasta, tossing to coat.
- 6. Break apart the burrata and mix it into the pasta.
- 7. Garnish with fresh basil and grated parmigiano reggiano, then serve.
