Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the burrata in an 8x8 inch baking dish and surround it with the baby tomatoes and whole garlic cloves.
- Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and sprinkle with flaky salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 25 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and the tomatoes are bursting.
- Remove from the oven and let it stand for 3-5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh minced Italian herbs if desired.
- Serve with slices of toasted bread.
