Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp Sea salt
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes (multicolor, cut in half)
  • 3 large Heirloom tomatoes (multicolor, cut into wedges)
  • 8 oz Burrata (drained and torn or cut into 6 pieces)
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze (optional)
  • to taste Freshly cracked black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, burrata, and basil leaves on a large platter.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
  4. Optionally, drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
