Instructions
- Combine olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a jar or bowl and mix well.
- In a large bowl, combine arugula, red onion, tomatoes, and peaches.

- Top the salad with burrata and serve immediately.
