Instructions
- Drain the burrata cheese.
- Place tomato slices and asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with pepper and salt. Roast under broil for about 5 minutes until soft.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Toast the French bread slices in the oven or toaster oven with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Tear the French bread and burrata into chunks.
- Layer the salad with burrata, roasted tomatoes, asparagus, prosciutto, arugula, and basil. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper and salt.
