Mini S'mores Cups

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a small bowl until combined.
- Place cupcake liners in muffin tins and fill each with 1 ½ Tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture, pressing down to form a crust.
- Bake for 7 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips until smooth, either in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Scoop 1 Tablespoon of melted chocolate into each graham cracker cup.
- Refrigerate the cups to cool the chocolate until hardened.
- Top each cup with a dollop of marshmallow creme, using a piping bag for ease.
- Finish each cup with a fresh raspberry on top.
