Ingredients

The crust

  • 1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar

The filling

  • 12 oz dark chocolate chips
  • 7 oz JetPuff marshmallow creme
  • 18 Raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a small bowl until combined.
  3. Place cupcake liners in muffin tins and fill each with 1 ½ Tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture, pressing down to form a crust.
  4. Bake for 7 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate chips until smooth, either in the microwave or over a double boiler.
  6. Scoop 1 Tablespoon of melted chocolate into each graham cracker cup.
  7. Refrigerate the cups to cool the chocolate until hardened.
  8. Top each cup with a dollop of marshmallow creme, using a piping bag for ease.
  9. Finish each cup with a fresh raspberry on top.
