Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk together graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a stand mixer, beat butter and sugars until creamy, then add egg and vanilla.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in Mallow Bits and mini chocolate chips.
- Form dough into balls and press half a Hershey's chocolate square on top.
- Place cookies on the baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes.
- Let cool on the sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
