Healthy Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Add broccoli to the pasta about 5 minutes before it's done cooking.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli once cooked and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together ginger, garlic, coconut sugar, coconut aminos, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat a large skillet and add olive oil to coat the pan.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and broccoli to the skillet along with the sauce, mixing well to coat everything.
- Stir in scallions and sesame seeds, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
